About the Role

Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly
Respond to client and customer emails with care and clarity
Schedule appointments, calls, or meetings using online tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar)
Take messages and relay information accurately
Maintain client records and call logs
Follow call scripts and client-specific procedures
Provide support to business owners and clients with basic administrative tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)

  • 1+ years of customer service, receptionist, or admin experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and email tools

  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet

  • Ability to work independently, but with a team mindset

  • Must be kind, patient, professional, and faith-aligned
